AY Levenshteyn – CEO
After serving as director of the tri-state area’s leading mediation center, AY realized that many families were not able to access the support and resources they needed. He therefore developed resources, improving the logistical and operational aspects of practices. Through Serenity, he’s able to connect both parties to the resources they need to thrive. As a JD candidate at Fordham Law, AY has focused his studies on healthcare, pharmaceutical, corporate, and real estate law. As CEO, he works towards his vision of bringing this reimagined level of care and convenience to communities across the country.
Israel (Izzy) Spitzer – Vice President of Business Development
For over twenty years, Israel (Izzy) Spitzer has helped people to better society. He is intimately familiar with the strengths and voids in Rockland County and beyond. Izzy is a go-to person when people are drowning and need help. He has built many long-lasting relationships and is someone people know they can trust. His impactful intervention to save lives individually is now being taken to a communal level through his work with Serenity Health's professional team and infrastructure. His passion is helping improve people's lives to fulfill their potential, with future generations in mind.
Dovid Bartfeld – Director of Operations
Rabbi Dovid Bartfeld, a native of Mexico, is Serenity Health’s Director of Operations. For the past seven years, Dovid has served as the Director of the Tahareinu in the United States. He worked on expanding Tahareinu’s relationship with community leaders and doctors, including giving lectures and expanding operations throughout multiple communities. Dovid was also involved in the research department, attending medical conferences and meeting with doctors to ensure Tahareinu was at the forefront of medical innovation. Using his medical and leadership experience, he directs Serenity’s daily activities.
Mort Becker – Director of Communications
Mort Becker, a graduate of Albany's Excelsior College and master's candidate at Harvard, has years of experience in the private and public sectors. Since 2013, he has owned and operated Beckovations LLC, a cutting-edge digital media company. Before joining Serenity Health to lead our public relations team, Mort managed communications for the Town of Ramapo government. He oversees all online and in-print marketing campaigns for Serenity Health's diverse array of clients.
Sam Schwartz – Marketing Coordinator
Sam Schwartz has decades of experience in the marketing field owning and leading Samkup, a modern media company known for out of the box creative campaigns. He has led marketing operations for major community healthcare providers including Centers and Hamaspik. He and his entire team are now working at Serenity’s headquarters and continuing with their creative digital campaigns for our clients.
Angelina Nieves – Office Administrator
Angelina Nieves worked in nursing home administration for three years before joining Serenity Health. She has experience handling medical records, admissions, finance, and human resources. As Serenity's office administrator, Angelina welcomes new clients and ensures they promptly receive the services they seek. She also handles all the scheduling for our various departments. Angelina is a valued member of the Serenity team.
Uri Fleischmann – Finance Manager
Uri Fleischmann, a licensed financial advisor, has years of experience in the economic field, having worked at Edward Jones and Merrill Lynch, where he helped HNW clients and businesses solve cashflow issues and deploy capital strategically and effectively. Today, he heads our finance team and provides financial insight and analysis to drive the financial performance of Serenity Health.
Shimy Weill – Property Manager
Shimy Weill manages Serenity’s properties. He oversees all construction, maintenance, and custodial work. He is also in charge of our travel desk and concierge services. Shimy has been in the customer care industry for years and is well-known for his exuberant personality and the supreme level of care he provides. He always gets the job done. His experience brings great value to Serenity’s property management team.
